You can help make sure your information is up to date by completing the rest of this form. Filling out this form DOES NOT make any of the information public, it will only be updated in our databases. After completing the form you will receive an invite to the directory where you will have the opportunity to choose which information to make available in the directory. You will also be able to update information and add personal and household photos to the directory once you have access. Only those with directory access will be able to see the information that is made available.
